Natural shineI received this NYX Buttermelt Highlighter from makeupaddyx community to test and review. I was very happy with the shade I was given. Also, the shade range is quite good and diverse which I like.
The packaging is beautiful, but it's difficult to open and I almost damaged the highlighter. The product is really pigmented when picked with a finger, but not as much with a brush. Still the shine is there, nice for a everyday use. It's smooth and very easy to blend. It's pretty when used as eyeshadow too. However, I'm not sure why it didn't last all day. Probably it's better when paired with a setting spray.
Overall, I'm pleased with the product.

The perfect highlighter![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is seriously one of the BEST highlighters I've ever tried (especially outside of the high-end range). The packaging is simple and very protective of the product inside. There is also a LOT of highlight in this as a little swipe goes a very long way. The consistency is buttery as the name suggests and blends smoothly over every area of the face. There is a slight smell if you're close to the product, but nothing that would be noticeable during usage or while wearing. Last but not least, the shades in this line are GORGEOUS. I tried the butta mint shade, but I am definitely planning on purchasing other shades.

Great for a special occasion[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the lavender colored highlighter and was surprised at first because that’s not usually a highlighter color I see. The packaging was really nice and had a heavy, luxurious feel. The chrome label was a nice touch too! The highlighter itself is beautiful, glowy and a little bit glittery. I love the way it smells - like cocoa butter maybe? It has a creamy texture and goes on very smooth. Once I put it on, it looked less purple and more pink, which was actually really nice. I wouldn’t wear it as everyday makeup, but it definitely looks great for a night out!
