Too much Plastic- Not Enough ShadowMThis pencil is not retractable. So there is actually very little eyeshadow. What a huge waste of plastic!

Déçue des retours du service clientLe produit est très bien
Par contre aucune information concernant la taille
Et alors le plus grave c’est que le 22aout le service client m’a menti en m affirmant qu’il n était pas au courant
Alors que j’ai retrouvé des commentaires qui prouvent qu’ils étaient totalement au courant
Et le plus navrant c’est qu’il ne peuvent pas nous fournir de taille crayon
Je suis extrêmement déçue des réponses obtenues

Love these eye pencilsI bought two of these, I read the review and I was a little nervous. They are so easy to use and blend. I found a sharpener big enough. So today was the first day I sharpened them. It was so easy. Only one twist and as good as new. I will buy these again. I was thinking oh great I bought these , love them ,but not gonna sharpen. I was happy as I could be when sharpening was so easy.

Good… bad packagingNice product and formula i hate that you have to sharpen the PLASTIC to get more… you could just make it a twist so there isn’t a need to sharpen plastic.

Best shadow sticks on the market[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the jumbo pencils because they are so versatile as eyeliner or eyeshadow and the shade range is insane they have every color you could want... I use the white as an inner corner and brow bone highlight cause they blend so easily and has a great pearlescent finish for a pop

Gorgeous colors, bad designI found this the other day and purchased two colors. First off let me say the colors are gorgeous, the pigment phenomenal. I was thrilled to see it comes in so many colors.
Now the bad, why on earth would you put out a product that you cannot twist up to access the rest of it!? Great way to make money but would make more money with a user friendly product.. you claim it can be sharpened but I for one have had a bad experience with trying to sharpen plastic. It leaves sharp edges and you can scratch your eye. Very dangerous. I need to say, it was not one of your products that I got scratched on. Just similar in style.

Most horribly-designed eye "pencil" ever sold!Great, smooth, beautiful color -- but such a shame that it was put into a plastic stick that's not "twistable." Just saying, but whoever created this flawed packaging design for this eye "pencil" at NYX ought to be fired. Who decided this plastic was "sharpenable?" This is a true waste of consumer money. Glad I only bought one -- and it will be the last one.
