HorribleThey used to be the greatest eyeliner I have bought six different ones from six different stores and the formula is always dry and many people have been having issues with your guys's eyeliner you buy it open it and it's completely dry clumpy this needs to be fixed if you guys are looking for a new eyeliner try Milani there's this great and not dry and last forever sorry but I don't know what NXay is doing to their formula it's disgusting and disappointing

Disappointed and sadThis USED to be the best liquid eyeliner on the market. Then, for whatever reason, Nyx decided to discontinue it, and after fan backlash they brought it back but it’s just not the same anymore. The entire bottle dries up after the first use. This eyeliner is streaky and crumbly. It’s nothing like the old formula, which was amazing until they changed it. I have no idea why Nyx decided to ruin their best product, but it makes me really sad. I’m now at the point where I will be shopping around at different brands for a liquid eyeliner that is comparable to the old formula. Sorry, but you’re losing a customer.

Not greatNot sure why you guys decided to change the formula on this product at some point in time but the quality is really bad now. This used to be my go to liner for years (at one point in time y’all used an photo of mine under this page) and I stopped for a while but just decided to buy it again and it is … really bad !! It’s too thick, you need to dip it in three times to get a semi wing, and while you do that it gets on your eyelashes and makes them crispy! It comes off with the slightest tear or drop of water and then is flaky and crispy. It’s just really disappointing!

Don't lie, you changed somethingI used to use this product for years, y'all discontinued it and brought it back. Now it lasts like two weeks maybe if you're lucky. The bottles dry up super fast. It flakes now. And a bunch of product gets stuck in the cap and makes a mess when you use it. Stop playing with me NYX..

Recently horribleThis eyeliner had been my holy grail for years but recently I bought 3 different tubes from 3 different stores and they all come out of the packaging dry and clumpy. Ruined my whole looks. Never thought I’d have to switch but I’m done spending my money on an unusable product.

Great precise linerThis eyeliner is perfect! I didn’t know I would like it so much. It has a precise tip. It dries fast. It last a long time and doesn’t smudge. It is inexpensive and performs amazing.
