i find the packaging adorable, and theres even a little heart on the bullet which is really the icing on the cake in terms of packaging. this is very smooth and wears very comfortably. now i will say this does transfer even if its an extremely light touch, but it definitely wears well throughout the day without feeling cracked. because i got a red shade, this was a little bit tricky to apply, though i do find applying any color thats not nude tricky to apply on me. overall, this is a great satin lipstick with a great color payoff!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try out this color because Ive been looking for a darker (either burgundy or purple) color just to try out and have fun with. I gave four stars because its not my favorite lipstick that Ive tried it is really pretty, its a pretty color its a pretty finish when its on but it doesnt really last long it does stain your lips really well but it also smears easily. i think the lipstick tube is adorable. Its also a smooth feeling lipstick. I love NYX because they have good colors and its cheap but looks good. I forgot to take a better picture to show it off sorry yall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the satin finish of this lipstick since I'm not a big fan of matte lipsticks. The shade I received was extremely pigmented. The lipstick stains the lips almost instantly, which can be good and bad. It's good since there will still be some color after the lipstick fades but taking it off completely at the end of the day after multiple applications can be a pain. Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the pink stain left behind. The lipstick is hydrating and feels buttery upon application but it is not transfer-proof. I would be open to trying different shades for the price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed this lipstick for the most part. The formula is bit different than any other lip product that I have used before. Im usually a gloss type of girl, but I did notice how good this looks with a clear gloss underneath it. Its not very long lasting for me, but its good to reapply after lunch for the rest of the day. I do see myself using up the rest and buying other colors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start, I love the vivid color pay off of this lipstick. The Best is a beautiful pinky red that would be flattering on many skin tones. The satin formula is comfortable, relatively hydrating, and weightless on my lips. While Im happy to say it stayed in place and resisted feathering over cocktails, it did require a full reapplication after dinner. I still prefer the softer look of satin lipsticks over powerhouse mattes, so the staying power is a reasonable trade off for me. Given the price point, massive shade range, and great color pay off I am looking forward to trying more Shout Loud lipsticks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought the packaging was very cute so my first impressions on the lipstick stain was good. When applying the lipstick stain it was it hard to apply it felt buttery it went on smoothly. The color of it was very intense so that was a first time for me but other than that the color was beautiful its not that transferable. applying the lipstick stain just a little and pressing down on a napkin does make a difference cause its more of a stain look instead of a lipstick and I love that about it. I do recommend this product and I will definitely be buying more of different shades.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed in this lipstick. Hard to apply. Even with a lipliner it bleeds and moves around. At least with this color, the formulation is not very opaque and results in a splotchy application. Its a dark purple-ish red. When the light hits it, it is a more vibrant red. (You can see in my photos.) Im only keeping it to wear for makeup looks to take pictures of (I dont have a color like this), but probably not keeping it for too long. Would not wear this out bc of it bleeding and moving. Hopefully the other colors have a better formulation!

Let this be your warning if you discontinue 1999 I am coming to your headquarters and getting kicked out by security.
I have cool undertones, very soft coloring that a lot of makeup can overpower, and have never used such a PERFECT shade. At first I thought maybe it was called 1999 as a reference to the lipstick trends of the era, but this is such a masterpiece it is as though it must have taken Nyx 1,999 tries to get it right. Not too pink, not too warm, not too grey. Please do not alter it in any way.
